Sentinel Badge

Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
The rarest badge in the United States military

Fewer than 700 have ever earned it.

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Sentinel Badge is awarded to soldiers who complete one of the most demanding qualification processes in the entire armed forces. Training is grueling, expectations are absolute, and the margin for error is zero.

Jeff Binek is Sentinel #563. That number has meant something to him ever since. It represents the standard he holds himself to, and the standard he brings to every client he works with.

An elite Army unit. A standard that shapes everything.

Before Jeff ever ran a business, he served in one of the most disciplined environments in the world. As a member of an elite Army unit, he learned something no business school teaches: what it actually means to perform under pressure, hold yourself to an impossible standard, and show up the same way every single day — regardless of how you feel.

Qualifying as a Sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier wasn't just an honor. It was a crucible. He earned Badge #563 — and with it, a way of thinking about leadership, discipline, and commitment that has shaped everything he's built since.

"The margin for error at the Tomb is zero. You learn to operate the same way on your worst day as you do on your best."

Friendship Fitness · 16 years

The first business. Learning to wear every hat.

After his honorable discharge, Jeff went back to school at The Ohio State University — and started his first business at the same time. Friendship Fitness was born not out of perfect conditions, but out of drive, grit, and a refusal to wait until everything was ready.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude. But the real education was happening in the business. He was doing everything — building the website, writing the marketing copy, handling HR, creating the SOPs, running social media, managing the finances, and figuring out SEO from scratch. If something needed doing, Jeff figured out how to do it.

He attended hundreds of conferences. He learned from leading voices in marketing, operations, sales, and business strategy. He took everything he absorbed and brought it back to his gym — and built Friendship Fitness into one of the most successful gyms in the country.

Real estate · AI · family

Real estate, AI, and a different kind of freedom.

While building Friendship Fitness, Jeff started building a real estate company too. Two businesses. A growing family. A hundred things demanding his attention every single day.

That's when he discovered what AI could actually do. Not the hype version. The real, practical version. He used AI to handle repetitive work. To manage follow-ups. To organize systems. He got more done without cloning himself. Productivity jumped. Stress dropped. He started getting home at a reasonable hour and being present with his family.

The tools weren't complicated once someone showed him how to use them. That realization changed everything.

"I wasn't looking for AI. I was looking for my evenings back. It turned out AI was the shortest path there."

Now · JB 563 Consulting

Helping other owners get their lives back.

Jeff started JB 563 Consulting because he kept meeting owners who reminded him of a younger version of himself — grinding through every problem alone, convinced they just needed to work harder, not realizing that the tools they needed already existed.

His mission is simple: take everything he's learned across the military, fitness, real estate, and technology — and hand it directly to entrepreneurs who are ready to build a business that works for them. Less stress. More time with family. A healthier, more sustainable way to operate.

You don't have to figure it out alone. Jeff already did that part.

Values

What Jeff stands for.

These aren't company values written by a marketing team. They come from 20+ years of building things — and sometimes watching them fail first.

I

Discipline.

Everything worth having is earned through consistency. I don't cut corners with clients — or with myself.

II

Straight talk.

I spent years in environments where vague answers cost lives. I bring that same directness to business. You'll always get the truth from me.

III

Family first.

My mission is to help you build a business that funds your life — not one that consumes it. Because I've been there, and I know what's actually at stake.

Ideal client

Who Jeff works best with.

Jeff isn't looking for clients who want to be sold to. He's looking for owners who are honest with themselves, ready to do something different, and tired of spinning their wheels alone.

  • 01

Owners who feel like they work for their business instead of the other way around.

  • 02

Entrepreneurs dealing with employee stress, turnover, and HR headaches that never seem to end.

  • 03

Business owners curious about AI but too overwhelmed — or too burned — to try again alone.

  • 04

Solopreneurs and small teams who want to compete with bigger companies without a bigger budget.

  • 05

Anyone who's ever said "I didn't start this business to spend my life doing paperwork."

Let's have a real conversation.

No pitch deck. No pressure. Just Jeff — listening to where you're at and telling you honestly what he thinks.
