A commercial construction firm in Columbus, Ohio specializing in mid-to-large-scale build-outs and QSR restaurant construction across multiple states. The leadership team wanted a smarter way to find, evaluate, and pursue the right projects — so we built an automated lead pipeline, an AI agent team, and a GEO/SEO strategy around how they already work.

I.

The situation.

Context

The leadership team had access to one of the largest construction project databases in the country. The opportunity was turning that raw data into a focused, prioritized pipeline that surfaced the best-fit projects every morning without manual searching.

Every morning meant manual review: scanning fresh project listings, guessing at fit, deciding who to call. Best-fit projects sometimes got missed on busy days. Outreach was written from scratch every time. And several marketing, sales, and operations functions were all competing for the same hours of leadership attention.

The opportunity wasn't "use AI somewhere." It was smarter lead discovery, scored by criteria the team controls, wired directly into the CRM and outreach they already used.
